Do electric fireplaces need a vent or a gas line?
No. They need no chimney, vent or gas line. Most plug into a standard 120V outlet or hardwire to a 120V or 240V circuit; each product page lists the voltage, wiring and heating area.
Can I run the flames without heat?
Yes. On most models the flame effect runs on its own, so you can enjoy it all year.
How do fire tables and fireplaces ship?
Most ship by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground (about 5 days). Heavy propane fire tables ship by expedited LTL freight and the carrier contacts you to schedule delivery. Shipping is always free.
Who installs a gas fire table?
Gas fire features must be installed by a licensed gas technician, who connects the propane or natural gas supply and checks for leaks.
Do storage sheds come assembled?
No. Keter sheds ship flat-packed with step-by-step instructions and all hardware. Two people are recommended, and the shed needs a level, solid base. Larger sheds ship by freight and the carrier contacts you to schedule delivery.
What if it isn’t right for me?
Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We pay the return shipping, or arrange a freight pickup for large items.
